During our initial consultation, whether via phone, email or in person, we will learn about your vision for your invitations. This is the perfect time for us to brainstorm on ideas to help us capture the feeling you want your invitations to express. After the initial consultation, we will prepare a price proposal. Once you're ready to move forward with us, we begin the design process, a non-refundable retainer will be required to begin the design process. Once your retainer is received, we will begin the design process and send you an email file of the proofs. Once you have chosen one that you like and made any applicable changes, production will begin. Printing and production begins only after we have received your final approval and full payment.
